Our experience in civil engineering was used to create series of typical projects- Family House 135m2, Weekend House 60m2, Guest House 30m2, Sauna House 30m2, Sauna Mini 12m2. As well as homes based on our disigns we build custom high-quality homes. Anyway We pursue architecture that marries innovative and exciting design with a keen awareness of content and environmental responsibility. We aim to create places and spaces that people love to live in.

Modular Homes

By “modular” we mean not just an assembled module, but a house with the maximum degree of assembly in production. If space-planning solutions allow, then your house can be 100% ready for use. It only needs to be delivered and installed on your site.

Prefabricated Houses

If for any reason it is not possible to deliver a finished home to you, then we will make a Prefab kit. The higher the degree of factory training, the better. Prefab provides high accuracy and quality, as well as significantly reduces the time of work on site.

CLT Cabins

Wood is the main material we use for our houses. Most often it is CLT panels (cross laminated timber). The main advantages of clt panels are high accuracy and speed of assembly, reliability, environmental friendliness.
